Registration:

Download the registration form above. The SUVCW pre-registration fee is $5.00 and must be mailed by April 19, 2008. Any registrations after this date are $10.00

All members of the SUVCW must present CURRENT credentials cards at the registration table when checking in. Current cards can be downloaded here from the National Website.

Allied Orders room rate $87.00 per night, plus tax. Reservations deadline April 4, 2008 to get the group rate. Deluxe continental breakfast included.

General Schedule:

8:00 AM: Registration opens
9:00 AM: Encampment begins
Saturday Evening: GAR Memorial Banquet & Special Program
