Registration:

Download the registration form above. The SUVCW pre-registration fee is $5.00 and must be mailed by April 18, 2009. Any registrations after this date are $10.00

All members of the SUVCW must present CURRENT credentials cards at the registration table when checking in. Current cards can be downloaded here from the National Website.

Allied Orders room rate $82.00 per night, plus tax. Reservations deadline April 15, 2009 to get the group rate. Regular cost per night is $116.00

When making reservations be sure to tell them you are with the Michigan Department of Allied Orders and which Order you are with.

General Schedule:

Friday, April 24th:
Friday night the Auxiliary will be hosting a Hospitality Night. Festivities start at 7:30 PM in the Hotel Hospitality room located in the basement. Coffee, soft drinks, finger food will be provided, variety of games .25 each.

Saturday, April 25th:
8:00 AM: Registration opens
9:00 AM: Encampment begins
12 NOON: Brunch
6:00 PM: GAR Memorial Banquet & Special Program
